OUR MISSION

Calypso energy is building a world class manufacturing facility in america to develop the next generation of high-quality solar cells, panels and trackers so that clean energy can be available to all.

This new factory will create hundreds of skilled jobs, and overcome many of the supply chain issues that have impacted this industry, ensuring the usa can meet its rapidly growing power needs, and help put us on a path to energy independence.

MAKING SOLAR TECHNOLOGY YOU CAN RELY ON

Calypso is building the future of energy right here in the United States. At an all-new, world- class manufacturing facility, Calypso will produce the next generation of solar panels— enabling clean energy independence at market leading LCOE and reinvigorating the legacy of American manufacturing.

Wood Mackenzie forecasts, by the year 2028, US solar installations will exceed 50 GW/y. However, to meet current climate goals, the US alone would need to reach 100 GW of solar capacity additions annually to replace current generating capacity and load growth. Calypso is determined to meet that demand. By utilizing the latest advancements in solar technology, building our own factories, sourcing the best raw materials, and selecting the world’s most experienced team to drive the process, we’re creating the right energy options for all, with unparalleled reliability and transparency.

MEETING GLOBAL DEMAND WITH LOCAL SUPPLY

For too long, solar developers, asset owners and other large-scale electricity users have had to settle for uncertain timelines, opaque value chains, and volatile prices, with overseas contracts that can be impossible to enforce. By bringing solar manufacturing back to the United States, we’re solving all of that—creating next generation solar technology right in our own backyard and bringing newfound control to investors, developers, and, ultimately, consumers.

From commercial & industrial to community solar to utility scale projects, customers need a supplier they can trust. At Calypso we’re building quality products, simplifying supply chains, and delivering it all with the transparency and reliability you deserve.
